The installation of the engine and all maintenance work within the warranty period (24 months / 10000 kilometers) must be carried out by an MZA authorized service partner. Professionally performed inspections and maintenance work are essential for operational safety and must be fully documented in the service booklet (assembly proof). The service booklet acts as proof and must be included when returning engines. These are prerequisites for maintaining warranty claims against MZA.
