Very easy to apply. Temperature resistant from -50 to +250 °C. Delivery incl. Dosing spout.

Permanently plastic, highly adhesive polyurethane-based sealant. Due to its excellent thermal, mechanical and chemical resistance, the sealant is particularly suitable for highly stressed sealing joints. The thermal application range extends from -50°C to 250°C (even higher for short periods). The sealant is u.a. resistant to all mineral oils and a wide range of synthetic oils, fuels, water and water/antifreeze mixtures u.v.a.

Instructions for use: Degrease sealing surfaces. Apply Hylomar on both sides. After the solvent has evaporated (approx. 10 minutes) Carry out assembly. Tighten the screws again after 10-15 minutes. One-sided application is sufficient for flat-sanded surfaces. Close the tube tightly after use. Note: Unlimited shelf life at room temperature (approx. 18° C) and closed tube. Highly flammable, repeated contact can lead to chapped or cracked skin.

I bought this sealant to seal my 40 mm intake manifold for the Mikuni carburetor at the heart box. Immediately after application and pressing on, the stuff stuck like anything so that I could fasten the screws in peace.
