Step 1.

Please send us your old band brake.

Your band brake will be:
cleaned, sandblasted and re-glued or riveted under pressure and temperature (+ 170 ° C).
This process guarantees a perfect connection between the tape and the surface.
Finally, a slanted slot at the ends of the brake lining, which prevents annoying vibrations.

The covering thickness is 4 mm.
Attention: On request, we can cover your band brake with different thicknesses (3 - 8 mm / increments: 0.5 mm)
(Please let us know the required thickness of the covering).

Step 2.

You will then receive the band brake that was sent back, newly assigned.

The processing time is approx. 7 working days.
