Step 1.

Please send us your old brake shoes.

Your brake shoes will:
cleaned, sandblasted (steel brake shoes are painted black) and re-pasted under pressure and temperature (+ 170 ° C).
This process guarantees a perfect connection between the cheek and the base.
Finally, a slanted slot at the ends of the brake lining, which prevents annoying vibrations.

The covering thickness is 4 mm.
Attention: Upon request, we can cover your brake shoes with different pad thicknesses (3 - 8 mm / increments: 0.5 mm)
(Please let us know the required thickness of the covering).

Step 2.

You will then receive the brake shoes you sent back with a new one.

The processing time is approx. 7 working days.
