Step 1.
Please send your old brake shoes to the following address:

Your brake shoes will:
cleaned, sandblasted (steel brake shoes are still painted black) and re-glued under pressure and temperature (+170°C). This working method
guarantees a perfect bond between the coating and the jaw. An angled slot at the end of the brake pads to prevent disruptive vibrations.

Step 2.
You will then receive the returned brake shoes with a new lining.

Processing time after receipt of the brake shoes is approx. 7-10 working days.

Technical data
We only use organic brake pads (soft brake pads) - have friction materials made from organic materials. This material is asbestos-free, with metal fibers. Have higher wear under thermal load.

The standard covering thickness is 4 mm.
Please note: covering thicknesses from 3mm to 8mm also possible on request (0.5mm increments)
